Our super secure border

Have a friend of 50 years that lives at Mission, Texas now so while visiting had to take the short jaunt over to the Los Ebanos Ferry. It's the last hand pulled ferry left in the Americas and has been there since before there was a United States. Prices a very reasonable, note it's $3.50 for a 1 ton truck and EVERYTHING they can pile on it. We were there during non operating hours and noticed that the total border security consisted of three traffic cones. I feel safer now.

 

I wonder if Mexico, paid for the traffic cones...

 

I don't know about that, Steve, but did note the ferry barge is anchored on the U.S. side at night.

 

They make "look" like ordinary cones, but we know better, don't we!
