chevy van door hinges

I have a 2006 chevy express van and the side door hinges are binding when I open and close them. I've tried squirting wd 40 and liquid wench dry lube on them but , they still don't work like they should. Does anyone know of a cure, and if I have to take the hinges of, is there a special tool to remove the pins?? Thanks for any help you give me.... marvxyz123
