1968 327 engine stalling

Hello,

For unknown reason when my engine heats up especially in hot weather, and while oil& temp gauges are within the exceptable limits the truck stalls out and idles inconsistanly drops bellow 500 RPM's (have factory tach)

I know it could be a hundred things whats eevryones best guess?
