Are you willing to ship some of these? I'm interested in the side trim, 60-63 custom cab pillar trim. Also, do you have pics of that 62 grille? I'm in New Mexico. Thanks...

    link to quick photos taken

Yes, I will ship parts to New Mexico.
The only limitation is when the size and weight too large for reasonable shipping costs.
Side trim, custom cab trim, grilles, etc are not a problem.
Things like hoods, 235 engines, etc get expensive.

Here is a link showing some of the parts you asked about.

I have two step rear bumper for the fleetside @ $25 each. However they are very heavy and would cost a fortune to ship. So they are not economical unless picked up at my location.

I do have a factory standard CHROME rear bumper for fleetside. It is very nice. $75. (I think repo chrome bumpers like this are around $125, so this may or may not be economical vs repo one.)

I would like to sell you a bumper, but I also want you to know shipping costs or repo costs are considerations as well. Trying to look out for you so there are no surprises later.

What about a auto crossmember and a driveshaft for an auto shortbed truck?

    In need of parts/information

Brian - I recently purchased a 1960 Chevy extra long box (9 foot plus) step side. I know that many of the parts you have listed above will fit, so if I decide to do a restoration myself I will probably be contacting you for parts. This '60 is pretty bombed out.

My main question to you is, do you know of anyplace I can find information on this "extra long" style of pickup? FYI the VIN is 0C364J106592. I'm very interested in restoring this truck, but need help deciding whether to do my verson of a restoration, or have someone do a groun up restore on it.

I currently own a restored '65 Chevy long box, step that I did. (Not the greatest job, but road worthly)

Thanks for any information you can lend.

    Bob

    zeitlerusmc,

I do have a crossmember from a 1961. This is for the "x" frame sytle frame. This automatic crossmember is rare because it was used only for a couple of years. Not knowing what year truck you have I am not sure if this is what you need.

At present this is the only automatic crossmember I have. Because it is difficult to find and no reproductions available, I have it in my inventory. If you have a later year, they are available thru most parts suppliers.

I do have one driveshaft from a 1966 Chevy shortbed if that will work for you.

Thank you for your interest in my 60-66 truck parts. It is very appreciated!

    Bob,

I do understand that a 9 foot bed is less common than the others. So I would assume some side parts (such as the steps) would be rare and probably difficult to find. I am not an expert on the 9 foot bed, so my comments would be an opinion. I would suggest that you start a new thread asking the forum group for their thoughts on this. You will probably get some more experts in this area with their thoughts.

    Thanks Brian.

Believe it, or not, but the step and grill are in, almost, perfect shape. It's the rest of the truck that is bombed out. lol

Comparing the '60, with my "65 it appears most all the parts are the same, so I think finding good replacement parts will not be quit as difficult as I first thought. Hopefully, down the road, I will be contacting you for some parts. Right now, I'm just happy it made the 60 mile treck from Butte.

    Thanks for your comments,

    Bob
