Hello again I have some general Information and trouble shooting questions about intermittent GM wiper systems.
# 1 in my 1988 GMC Suburban the wipers work in High, low, and wash but not in any of the 'Intermittent' positions.
IS THIS a DEFAULT scenario?
I have changed the small black box under the steering column just behind the lower dash cover with another I received in a 87 GMC parts suburban I bought no change.
#2 is this the controller? and is their a bench test and or repair ski. for this circuit.
