I would appreciate any information regarding installing one pc. door glass in a second series 1955-1959 truck doors that are already painted and hung. I don't plan on purchasing a KIT for this project.
My main concern is how to remove the vent window platform between the outside and inside door skins and the upper support that ties the two door skins together withoout damaging the paint.
In addition, what are the necessary modifications to the window sash and or regulator parts to enable the glass to run and down freely?
