5 lug on 4-3/4" disc brake conversion parts

Im planning on putting disc brakes on my 52 3/4 ton (with a 1/2 front axle) and figured Id see if anyone has/had the 5 lug disc brake conversion on their truck and is/will be swapping to IFS or back to stock before I buy a new kit from a retailler. All I really need is just the basic kit with the caliper brackets, spacers & hardware and all the roller bearing pieces. I can get the rotors and calipers/pads locally but if the ones you have are in good condition that would be great. Im only looking for a 5 lug kit so all the wheels match.
