    Throttle linkage bellcrank .

    The last pic from LaTroca52 is the position where I fix my bellcrank and it will work.

    Note that there are multiple bell crank designs, early one are made of cast iron .

    One of La Trucka's images clearly shows the hole for the vertical rod is no longer round , this is the #1 cause of failure to return to proper idle speed....

    It's a fairly simple thing to have it welded up and re drilled then hardened .

    I used to find these throttle linkages at swap meets, the horizontal pickup one is slightly different shape than the passenger car one and is often incorrect .
