18" wheels question

Got a 51' 3100. Want to put a 5lug conversion on the front to run these wheels.

Im curious if anyone has any experience running an aftermarket 18" wheel on the "stock" front end. Will the inner wheel clear the steering arm. The wheels are 18x8 with 4.25 backspacing.

A friend of mine has some pretty big ass wheels on his stock front end and rear end. I know that the rear wheels JUST clear the rear shock mount. Not sure how much clearance he has on the fronts as I haven't been under that end of his truck. I'm sorry but I do not know the size of his wheels/tires or the backspacing.

Im putting a quick change in the rear. So not much issues there.
