Welcome to the group. It sounds like you're definately a chevy man. What year impala's do you have. I have a 60 2dr hardtop myself (and no Ken you can't have it). Oh no two Ken's now, how will we know the difference:p . We'll figure something out. I was talking about Ken's 50pu by the way. Are you going original or full custom or daily driver. We have all types here and we have a great time talking about our old trucks together. Good looking 65 you got there too.

    Thanks for welcome

I have two impalas 2002 and 2003 that I use for traveling in my sales job to support my habit of old chevrolets. All my rides are stock original style with some personal touches and can be daily drivers but i dont, I keep them covered up in my six car garage i built inside my barn on my farm.
Thanks for looking at the 65 it was my second restore after I did my 1950 Willys Army Jeep, which was my first vehicle in 1975 at age 15. I still have it and its cherry to this day. I came from meager beginnings and have learnt to keep everything cherry in order to not have to spend any money to fix it unless it breaks down, im a maintenance freak so i usually have few surprises when i ride around the dairy queen here in opp alabama on saturday nites.
I also have a 2004 Jaguar S type that I let my bride cruise in, as its loaded with airbags front , rear , side, top. all over and its got plenty of get up and go so she can get out of the way of the granny drivers on these back country roads we have to travel. Im in the sticks. I quit circle track racing due to crewchief(father) health and sending two kids to college was a better investment than headers and slicks and 103 octane fuel to burn every saturday nite plus I got tired of fixing my car after wrecks that werent even my fault. Dont kick my ass about the Jaguar I know FORD owns them now but it hauls ass and my bride is a babe so she looks good in it too, so its all relative. As for telliing us two Kens apart, I will be the good looking one, with grease under my nails and a bowtie stamped on my forehead.
    Later
    Ken

    Jag??????

Just kidding you! I'm a BMW tech so of course I don't think there is any other superior high end car line, but I've never really dealt with Jags that much. As far as the bride getting the nice fancy car, the same is true with me. Mine drives an 02 3 series all wheel drive. I like the all wheel drive part, it is a much safer car and that concerns me with living in the city. I used to work for chevrolet so my heart is always with the corvette. Maybe one of these days I'll have my own.

Would that medication be a box of wine? So let me get this straight, the directions say to drink one a day, that means one glass not the whole bottle right? I get confused on these things.:D

Now I'll be thinkin' about that 228 pullin' my "self" around.:)

Kevin-Your 48 is a killer looking ride, whats under the hood?
And by the way can you zig zag in a BMW the same way
you can zig zag in a JAG. Also, I see only hot babes in Beemers and Jags
and studly men in old Chevy trucks. Advice on the Corvettes, fiberglass is difficult to pick out of your skin after the uninsured loser hits you, be careful when you do get your vette chance thats the only thing that keeps me from trying one out is fear of wrecking and splintering, be safe, as they are cool like old school cool and if Troy State University didnt own my wallet right now, I might even could afford one

Ken does Kevin= little brother ziggy? Or is there another chevy fein in town?
