I realize this is a truck forum, but we've been searching with no luck. My buddy is working on a '48 Chevy Fleetline Sedan and desperately needs to replace the floor pan(s) as they are rusted out. Does anyone know where we can find a replacement floor pan or floor pan sections for a '48 Chevy Fleetline?

    Mike,
Go to www.chevsofthe40s.com , check the "car" and "48" block in the upper left corner and you'll find the floor panels you need. Not cheap, though, $200 each side for the front, and $60 each for the rear. Ouch!

that is who I was going to recommend. I have bought some sheet metal from there and is very good stuff. Also check this guy here out. http://www.aapsales.com/html/35_54chevrolet.html . I have bought a lot off of him too and his prices are fair. His sheet metal is very good quality, not that flimsy junk that some others offer. Hope this helps.
