haha yea I hated to put ford wheels on it but after I painted them red they looked pretty good and the little ford oval will be coverd up by a big chrome chevy hubcap if I can ever figure out how to mount them

I'm glad you brought that up! I have a set of (G od that's a M anly C hevy!) hubcaps, and I'm hoping that drilling out the rivet, or removing the screw and re-applying them to a like wheel will allow me to reuse them. (And trim rings...?)
ORRRRR~ Will drilling hole in a set of wheels cause wheel failure?
I doubt it, but I had to ask.

It depends on how many holes and what size you drill them. But a small hole won't hurt a thing.

    Well...

On the wheels that I have, they only have clips applied to the "humped-up" part between the lug holes. I would assume that they made those only if your wheel had caps? I'm hoping they did that for ALL wheels, and just drilled them if they were going to get clips. (?)

I'm with you brit~ such language on a PG site!
