I pulled the 230 and three speed out of my 65 this past Saturday. I will be dropping in a 383 stroker with a th350 in it's place. I need to come up with a radiator to replace my original. Is there a radiator that will be a direct replacement, and will I need to come up with different mounting brackets also?

You can go with a 4 core "Desert Cooler" radiator made for the 65. It's a bolt in.
Use a fan shroud and 180 degree thermostat. I'd also recommend an external trans cooler in addition to the connection to the lower radiator tank.

There are varing opinions on the ue of "flex" fans with those opposed saying they are prone to seperate sending schrapnel through the hood. On a "normally" driven street truck a flex fan should not be an issue.

I'd also stay away from high flow water pumps.
