It looks like I'll be busy for the next few days , getting my ducks in a row so to speak so I'm wishing all and sundry to have a fun , SAFE 4th of July ! .

Our Foster boys want to try doing the BBQ'ing this year and have allready cleaned the grille up , I'll get more charcoal and stuff Saturday , I have much work to do by then as I'm working on my Metropolitan Nash FHC and the Merceded's engine blew up Thursday last so that's in pieces now too , just did
the Struts on SWMBO's f$&*(! Toyletta Corroded last night , Moto and Nash worl planned for to-night , etc. , etc. .

I wanna hear about fun family & food filled weekend .

    :)

    4th weekend

Don't know why, but it always seams like a vast majority of guys that are into old cars and trucks are also pyromaniacs.

Yeah, it's a good thing they made them illegal. I was banned from any more 4th pyrotechnic festivities after lighting off a mortar and landing it in the middle of the unlit ordinance, which all went off in a grand display, nearly buring down my new redwood deck! Have a safe weekend and enjoy your family and friends.

I'd walk a mile for a car show!

Here are some cars that were in the Rolling Nostalgia car show here in Pittsburg. The park is only a 1/2 mile away, so I hoofed it over there. I thought these were some of the better ones.
Great weekend! Hope yours went well and SAFE!

Great search feat. and tech articles

Been using the "search" feature alot. also been coming across, and copying some good tech articles.
I have a 49 carryall stuffed into the small garage to where i cant even get down the sides of it.
I have to drag it strait out, work on it, then push it strait back in. But,,,im makin some good progress!! Iv heard it run,and it ran well! Iv just gotta dial it in,,do some work on the brakes, then ill be able to get it out into the yard for some pictures for everyone.
Rite now,,need some carryall parts if someone can help.
The batt. and brake parts, ill just buy new.
Thanks all of you for this helpful, friendly site.
    Jesse
