Hey guys, hopefully I could get some help here. I posted into the Parts Wanted forum and I'm looking for shift arms with a slot where it bolts up into the tranny. I think '55 or later may work. From what I know, it's a fully synchronized three on a tree trans. Any suggestions or info would be appreciated.
    Thanks, Robert

    Hey Robert,
I'll look in my happy box i have in the garage later, I may have what your looking for. The more parts that come out of that box the happier I get.

Yes . some of the guys here will know how to decode the GM part # casted into
    the side .

FWIW , almost every time I make it to The Long Beach Swap Meet , I see a greasy , rusty old AD Saginaw side loader tranny for $35 , maybe you could find what you need there ? .

Or the place Even suggested , if they have it new I'd say go there first .

    Different Swaps

Po-Mona is a kinda strange place , you have to really beat the bushes to find the cheap stuff .

Or , do like I do and hang a cardboard sign on your back saying what you're looking for , you'll be amazed at how many people come running up trying to sell you old cars , trucks and parts ! .

Long Beach is a far cry from The Pomona Swap Meet in every way , that's why I didn't suggest going to Pomona .

How was the O.C. Fair ? I liked the adverts extolling the food ! .

    Robert,
Sorry to hear the truck had to be strongarmed into the garage. Can you get the photos loaded onto the computor without freezing up the computor?
