Paul your daughter is growing so fast! It just seems like yesterday when my wife and I were there, and she was just a youngster. Wow how time fly's. Awesome pics! Thanks for sharing, that looks like a lot more fun then laying on your back scraping 60 years of oil and dirt off of a truck frame!!! Fantastic day. Love the pics;)

    Frame is done!

The humidity, of course, just got higher than me. However, what is done is done. On to adding parts now! :D

You're fishing new water, right Robert?

Sometimes it takes a while to find what works best in a different part of the country. You just got settled in where you are about a year ago, right? Time spent fishing with your child is all that maters. Catching fish is nice, but...
    Enjoy those moments! ;)

    Trout with whiskers!

That would be a catfish. You can eat them, and they taste mighty fine! We throw them back, however.
We are w-a-y ahead of where we should be at this time of year, weatherwise. Makes me think that another HOT summer is waiting in the wings. :(

    Hey Zig -

Speaking of weather, how did you fair with the storms yesterday? Most of it missed us here, but we're supposed to get a second wave coming through today. Be safe!

    All is calm~~~

Apparently the storms took their time getting here. The line rolled through this morning around 7:30. Lots of wind, rain, lightening, but it didn't last long. Looks like it is heading your way again. My fingers are always crossed for my fellow AD(ers) when bad weather is about.

Most people hide in their basements. I sit in my GMC! :D
You know bad weather wouldn't want to take it on! ;)

Hey Zig, How are you gonna do the two tone when you come to the hood? My line is at the door handles, so it will run along a couple of inches above the lower edge of the hood. I like your break point as well.

    Great Minds Think Alike!

Here are a couple fuzzy pictures. Figured they'd be better than words. I've not seen one painted this way ~yet~. I think it will look pretty slick.

    Big is good!

I got tired of walking all the way to the garage and back, so I cut a big opening in the side of the house, and pushed my truck in! :p

Anyone notice that "someone" in my house (a little girl) has BROKEN off ALL but ONE wheel on my model?
That's okay~ I can glue them back on...
I'll be REALLY impressed if she can do that with the real McCoy!

    Nice Yellow Perch, Robert!

Something about these pictures reminds me of a lake I went to when I was at Langly AFB. You could rent jon boats with trolling motors or without.

I would have to say time spent is way better than size caught. Glad you found the time to go, and thanks for posting the pictures!

Gotta be the same place, Bethel Park next to the base!! Didn't know you spent some time here! We've been to that lake several times without much luck. I'm educating myself on saltwater fishing. Bass, Crappie, Catfish I know. But Blues, Croaker & Spot I haven't got a clue!!

    Doesn't Really Matter

    Robert ;

The main thing is you spent time with your son..... :) .

My son didn't like fishing but he sure loves spinning wrenches so we spent many years of Quality Time to-gether as he was growing up... ;)
