1954 GMC, 55 1st, donor frame

received the truck with no frame, I figured no problem have a 1/2 ton 65 chevy short wheel base farme I can adapt to. Measurements seemed close " how hard can that be" Wife wants to know how long this idea will take..... Of course the guy responce.....Oh not to long...little did I know....
