      Hey Philippe! How interesting. I have the same year Chevy pickup, I live in California, and I own a cabin in South Lake Tahoe and know the location of the Mill & Cabinet Shop from whence your truck came. I don't know if the shop is still there (the phone number indicates that the sign was painted back in the '50s), but the "Y" is a well known intersection, as is the Al Tahoe neighborhood. Can you read a name in the block above Mill & Cabinet? How did this truck end up in France?!
