ok check all wiring from fuse box(panel) every last one and fuses... take time to figure what goes to what and label with whiteout or different color tape so u can make your own chart as to whats what ... and for good measure check thermostat... dont really have a whole to do with your problem but they are very inexpensive to replace and it could possibly need replacing since your going through the trouble
