Or get the IC64 coil from Napa with the internal resistor and do away with the ceramic piece.
The resistor goes in line between the coil power source and the coil. The wire from the coil (-) goes to the trigger wire on the distributor....
I hate to tell you, but I hauled the front and rear from my 51 3/4 ton to the dump in perfect working order.....I couldn't give them away around here.
They are about the same place as the one on the driver's side holes in the cowl. Hold them up and you can see where they fit properly.
