ZOWIE ! I just slapped on a set of HD gas shocks and what a difference I knjow this is for the later , A - Frame trucks 1964 (?) ~ 1987 but those guys are all party poopers , I know you alls will understand and care.... Fronts # 24 - 192941 -or- F4 - B46 - 1185 - H2 Rears # 24 - 002486 -or- B46 - 0248 They use dual part numbers , God alone knows why . I got a killer good price from Theshockwarehouse.com , they have the Bilstein Catalog in PDF forma that goes way back
Nate that is what I put on my daily driver. I got them from that site as well. Its about 1/2 price or better from the local guys here. Which I try to use as much as possible, but when the price is that much different I can't justify it. They are great shocks. Made a huge difference. Almost like driving a brand new truck
Affordable Parts ! Don't forget to always look at Rock Auto , I'm always buying from them too as they get new old stock from I dunno where but it sure is cheap.... Also brakewarehouse.com has incredibly cheap deals on brakes shoes , like $23.00 the axle set for riveted linings , NEW ! no core charge . (riveted brake linings are vastly superior & last longer to boot)
Thanks for the part numbers and the info. That kind of stuff will surely help others in search for the best ride. (I need to check what I put on the front of my ride. My wife bought them for me as a present and felt proud to put them on my ride. It would be cool to find that they are this brand.)
