Going to try it again, someday I'll succeed. Didn't get photo but at least got where one can click to see photo. I shall overcome. http://s32.photobucket.com/user/coilover/media/StudeJustins40CougarCat004-1.jpg.html
Bill, Why do I just get the blue high lighted stuff you click on while you get a picture? Here's what my list says to do: Put my word post on the Forum Go to Photobucket Highlight "Email/Html" beside picture Control C (or copy) Back to Forum Scroll down two lines Control V (paste) Enter For a long time I've wanted to combine word descriptions with some pictures but no luck.
Pics Evan, First go to photo bucket and choose the picture you want to post and click on it so it gets big. To the right of the picture there will be a dialog box that says "Share links" that looks like this: SHARE LINKS : Email & IM Direct HTML IMG Under the "share links" you see that there are choices, such as "email & IM", "Direct", "HTML", and "IMG". To the right of the "Direct" line, you will see another box with a "link" in it that starts with "http://..." Move your cursor onto that line and click on it and it should magically now say, "copied". Now go to the forum and open up the thread you wish to post on and choose "post reply", NOT "quick reply". At the top of the box that you type in there is a "toolbar" that lets you change the typeface (font), underline, make bold, etc. If you look along the toolbar to the right you will see a little square icon that looks like two mountain peaks with a sunrise. Move your cursor over that and it will say "insert image". Click on it and it will bring you back to the box you type in and allow you to post a picture by right clicking (pasting) the image you copied from photobucket. You may or may not get an image immediately. It might just be a line of gibberish, but that line of gibberish is indeed your image. Sometimes you actually have to click below the dialog box and "submit reply" and then the images actually show up in the post. Give it a try. I hope this helps. Andy
Photos I posted some more photos of my '69 C/10's engine job last night and some showed , others just had the hyper link but when you click on the hyperlink the picture shows.... Go figure .
