    Started my 54 today after 2 weeks of seating in the garage. Used your suggestion of pump 3 times, pull out the choke. Baby fired right up on second rollover!!!!!

    Well & good ! always nice to hear another old truck on the road again .

    These rigs were designed to start in sub - zero temps with a 6 volt battery so if you keep it in a sharp state of tune , it'll never let you down.....

    Some here will remember breath frosting the windshield in a windy January morning before sunup listening to : R. R , R , RRRRRRputputput.........

    Now you could exhale .
