Hi, I'm new to the forum. Building a 61 short box frame up. Just picked up another complete 61 long box for a couple of parts and realized it has a big back window. I know those are more desirable so I am curious what value that cab has. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
What ever the traffic will bear, depending on your location, condition, so on, why not use it for yours...!
Hey trooper, Can you help me out with a problem? I am restoring a 1960 Short Box and can't figure out where the bed rail supports go. Could you take a few pics of your bed and post them. If you have any questions on the 60-62 i have tons of pics i can post to help. Matthew
I'm not using it for mine cause my body work is done and in first primer coat. Working on drive train now. So what are you calling bed rail supports? The rods that support the corners of the wheel opening? Will be happy to send pictures when I know what you need.
Was afraid of that. Raised my bed floor 5 inches and made new bed frame, tossed the old cross sills in the recycle bin.
