I'm looking for a 1954 GMC 248ci 6cyl. I'm restoring a 54 GMC 150. The truck had a later 235 chevy in it when I got it, and I'd like to get the correct 248 engine back in the truck. I'm in the Mid-west. So would prefer something in the area. If you don't have one, but would know where I could get one please let me know.
248 GMC engine and/or 4spd. trans. I have a good running 1954 GMC 248 engine with or without 4 speed transmission and clutch for sale. Still currently in vehicle. Only change to stock that I am aware of is Petronics ignition module in the dist. Upstate NY area.
