i purchased a 59 fleetside on ebay 3 years ago.i have a utah title issued in 2000.it has been in 3 body shops since.my vin plates are "lost" my frame is from a 1972 and the numbers do not match the utah title that i have (the vin on the title). the dmv here is las vegas said i am @#$% out of luck to register my ride! help!!!
