So two years ago I added about ten gallons of gas to the little bit I had left. I'm still who knows how far away from trying to get it running again (need a water pump, a little work on the vacuum advance line.) but what are your thoughts about my gas situation? Will it be okay to use it, or should I drain the tank and use new?
If I need to drain it~ WTH do I do with ten gallons of old gas?
Thank you for you comments/thoughts as always.

It will be completely crap by now. Drain and take in to oil recycling or pour around fenceposts to kill weeds.....you didn't hear that from me.

    that is...

I heard old timers years ago did that...is the proper way of phrasing that. And, they did...there were also other uses and ways.

Wow, years ago...two year old gas would still be kinda good! Oh, how the times are achangin.

Old Motor Fuel (it IS NOT Gasoline !) is dangerous and bad stuff .

it is permissible to lightly dilute your waste oil with it then recycle it properly .

Often it happens that on the way to the proper storage jug , some spills out , usually directly over some troublesome weeds that it *instantly* kills , along with any grass you care about that within 12" of said weeds .

You can also mix it about 50/50 % with fresh ' Motor Fuel ' :)mad:) and use it in your lawn mower but ONLY if you're going to run the mower long enough to burn the tank dry .
