I bought the electric wiper motor from our host some years back but it's never functioned as I think it should. The main issue is slack in the output shaft that prevents a full sweep or fully return to the park position. Is there any way to adjust to take out the slop? There's a set screw on top but I've played with it a bit without success.

Mine does the same thing. I slide it left and right and I would get the into park but the the don't go all the other direction. I reach out and set the into park by hand. It sucks.

Someone suggested the Raingear system but $400?? I see a few guys opting to use the S10 Blazer rear unit. The only draw back is it's a single speed unit.

Well, I found a rear Blazer unit for $20, mounted it to the Newport bracket, problem solved.
