Ok must be missing something. Canister rotates but when I lift it it moves 1/4 inch and feels like a mechanical stop. Ideas? What am I missing. Thanks, Denis

I just took mine out. was vacuum locked (think when you pull the drawstrings on a kitchen garbage bag, then try to pull it out of the can). Disconnect the bottom line, or pull the little drain plug in the bottom. Then it should come out.
