I am about to start the restoration of the heater similar to the one in the attached pictures. I have the valve for the firewall but lack the under dash bracket and connecting rod. I also am looking for a similar under dash bracket that holds the flap door cable. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Patience . It took me twenty years to find them. Alot of wrecking yard hunting. I got one from Oklahoma and the others from different yards in CA . Gmc has them yoo as long as the came with the deluxe heater.

O.K. thanks. I had no idea they were that rare. It's funny. I can find the labeled knob all day long but not the rest of it. I do enjoy a challenge.
