What does the designation "custom"

    What made a '68 C-10 a "custom"? Longer bed? Longer wheelbase?

    The Custom designation is applied to trucks usually outfitted with dress up items, chrome bumpers, windshield chrome, special side trim , wheel covers, special deluxe steering wheel and other interior packages.
