1950 GMC need paint help

    Hey Guys were coming along on our GMC project we got the cab painted and on getting the inside lined out and I need to know about the steering column looks like it should be interior color but Im not sure about the part that shows in the engine compartment.

    The column matches the brown in the center grille and glovebox door.

    Thanks! Is it the interior color in the engine compartment also?

    paint color

    love the blue do you know the paint code? and is it a clear coat on it as well

    Firewall was body color, inner fenders were satin black.

    Was the steering box itself at the end of the column the interior color also? The color is Farrara Blue the orginal GMC color here is the Nason Single stage paint code BS456.

    The whole steering column was the same brown that the interior column was. I cannot say if the steering box was painted, as I have not found one with surviving factory paint......

    What wiring harness are you using? I'm stuck with that in my build...
