Yes. The new pattern will only have to be moved out 1/8" to give the GM 4.75" bolt pattern. A number of places can re-drill the rear rotor but why do so? By FAR the cheapest, quickest, and easiest is to order a new Mustang II rotor from Speedway with the Ford bolt pattern and sell the GM ones on Craigslist. Another option is to use dual pattern wheels and since the 4 1/2 and 4 3/4 pattern is by far the most popular all wheel makers have them. Since you have the T-Bird/Cougar IRS (the Lincoln is aluminum) it should have the 4.5 pattern (but CHECK it anyway) which is not so on many Lincolns. They have a metric pattern which is close to 4 1/4. Russ (ol chebby) has info on how to correct the camber on the IRS so the rear can be aligned. We used the whole cradle as you have pictured under a 52 Suburban and it still couldn't be brought into spec by the front end shop without Russ' fix.

Thanks Evan I'll check with Speedway. I knew there had to be a solution as it seems like a common swap.
