Maybe he used Velcro to fasten the pieces to the truck?

Wheels fit in wheel wells nicely, door gap very good, hood has good gaps on side and cowl--fronts a little iffy, looks like a solid truck that needs a little normalizing. Would not have allowed the project in our shop but he is an original thinker.

    School colors on pickups

All the maroon pickup trucks in Texas can't win my Aggies a football championship!

Another custom job the owner really desired.

When the KS Chiefs realize the time and toil dedicated to the team effort by Zig, maybe they will win it all in the big time?

Zig may soon fashion a "war bonnet" for the Kansas City Special after seeing the alligator truck.

Tell those Florida boys we still hunt alligators in old pickups in Texas.

    Enjoy
    Jim

    Haaaa!!!!!

    Jim, I love your thinking!!!

I have my pad and pencil and I am currently designing that headdress for the top of my truck!
I think for a hood ornament, I will have an arm protruding out of the hood holding a spear with the KC arrowhead on the end of it! :D

BTW, I *LOVE* driving my truck around! Put quite a few miles driving around this old burg today and the shifting of gears is getting better! If you are behind me at a stop sign/light, be patient~ I will get up to speed soon. ;)

    Jamaal

This summer, there was a fundraiser roast of JAMAAL CHARLES in Port Arthur. The local museum has a sports section where they sport the local coaches and athletes.

Jamaal was inducted in the museum nd there is a new bust of him in his display. Maybe we can borrow the bust and mount it over your cab just for tailgating at home games.

I like the spear idea, maybe mount some Rod racks on the hood and load it with replica spears.

If the value of ADs is going up, maybe you replicate your team spirit AD and market these in KC?

I think I want to mount a naked lady bust on the grill of my 54 like many old sailing ships (just kidding). No team intended.

    Enjoy
    Jim
