Did a 54 for a fellow back in the mid nineties who thoroughly enjoyed his truck for about eight years before he died. It then sat in a barn for a dozen years before the kids decided to sell it. They took it out of the barn, washed it, entered in a car show and took best of class (trophy on seat). Note the covering is worn off the running board and the seat springs are sagging on the drivers side; no trailer queen this one. We are to re-spray the running boards and repaint the bumpers---that's it. Did convert to a 55.1 open driveline so highway gears could be used. That's awesome that the first thing it does after sitting around a barn for a few years is win an award!
Man, what a back bumper on that truck!
