I created AutoCAD dwg and dxf cadfiles for the stepside tailgate letters. A sign shop can use the CAD file to create masking templates (for painting the letters) or custom vinyl letters of any size and color. If you would like a copy of the files send me a PM with your email address. I also have a cadfile for the 1960-1966 Fleetside letters, as shown below. Happy Trails.... Stepside Fleetside
Thank you john ! I have no idea how to use these but if they'll work for my '69 Stepper's tailgate I'll buy a set and give to my bodyman . I hate decals . O.K., not really hate but paint is always better IMO .
They'll work on your '69 stepside Nate. Just send me a PM with your email address and I'll send you the file... no charge. Then you need to contact a local sign shop, send them the file and they can make a masking template. I painted the letters on my '65 with a foam roller and they came out nice. Not show quality, patina quality See post #112 here for more info: https://talk.classicparts.com/showthread.php?t=13928&page=8
That Looks ~ Showy enough for me ! . The paint wasn't superlative when new , these were and remain , TRUCKS ya dig ? . If I can ride in your truck to the local Show & Shine , I'll ay the gas ~ how's that for " show worthy " ? .
I’m looking for the 64 C10 Fleet side grille letter CAD file. Will you please send me a copy to Carlos.harbin@gmail.com? Thank you, Carlos
