I have a 73 C10 Deluxe that has the original (not working) AM radio with an antenna in the windsheild. The truck is nearly all original and I would like any suggestions on how to mount an FM antenna without loosing the original look. Are there OE (or OE style) FM antennas for a 73? The antenna in your windshield will work for both AM and FM radios. You do not need a different antenna. The windshield antenna is not the greatest, but it will work. I know Chevy Duty sells stereo systems that do not require any dashboard modification, and you can also check out Classic Autosound, they have very nice bolt-in units as well. Good luck!
