Speedometer

    Can i replace an 85 mph speedometer with a 100 mph one? They are years 77-79. :9

    I sure can't believe nobody has tried this before... Come on guys don't leave me hanging here... :'(

    I replaced the speedo on my '75 with one from the junkyard, and most of them looked about the same. My '75 has a 100 mph scale.
    Mine also had the brake warning light in the face of the speedo, so I had to make sure that I got one with the cutout for the light (the light itself is in the panel behind the face).
