    Hello,
if I want to take out the crankshaft, do I have to remove the gears, look at the picture:

And if I have to remove the gears, how should I do this?

You can remove the camshaft and the countersunk screws holding the front steel plate. Then remove crank and plate together but it will be flopping around in the way. Most parts stores here rent tools so one could pick the puller that fit the crankshaft timing gear. I have removed the front main bearing cap, turned the crank in the right position , and then pushed the gear off with an air chisel with a dull chisel point. Very tight but once it moves just a bit it will then come off easier.
