I try to give the vendor an opportunity to make it right... When I get the "Mike, we apologize for the missing hardware, we'll priority mail the missing pieces", I respect the vendor more- nobody is perfect. But when you get the runaround, and it is suddenly YOUR fault, then let the rant begin. With names. Good luck.
