Ok two bulbs in rear lights one is silver other clear. Which is brake, upper or lower and which bulb is brake clear or silver? Mine were opposite each side?
Really doesn't make much difference but be sure the brighter bulb is wired in to the brake light wire. This is done so when the tail light is on the brighter brake light can still be seen when brake is applied. If the light housing has a window to illuminate the license plate the the upper bulb (if window is on top) would be the tail light as it is always on and not just when brake is applied. If the window is on the bottom then the lower bulb is tail light.
