I have a 1985 1/2 4x4 and a brake line let go.I replaced both front lines and I think I did a pretty good job bleeding them out but the brake light is still on how do you get the light to go away, does is mean something like they need to be bled more or what..
Try turning the key to the "on" postion and then press the pedal to the floor. The light should go out.
