anyone have some pics of a 235 with power steering pump on it need to see what I have to find to make this happen Thanks
I'm pretty sure most 235 power steering pumps mounted on the back end of a special generator. The generator's armature shaft stuck out through the end bell and engaged the pump shaft. Here is a picture of one from eBay.
I’ve seen those before going with alternator I did find a power steering pump and bracket The guys selling complete motor It was 1960 Chevy car with the power steering pump
I used to find multi-groove pulleys, p/s and a/c brackets on 1960-1962 cars as these accessories were becoming more popular by then. The sure source for double groove crank pulleys was from big trucks with an air brake compressor. Hen's teeth now. We have two 70 Blazers with 250 I6 engines that have a neat alternator/power steering bracket that I'm sure could be tweaked to fit a 235. Here's a pic of the bracket with alternator removed but pump in place. Look closely to see the alt mount holes under the radiator flex hose.
