71 kick panels

    hey i need some help, the stereo system i want to put in is great. theres just one problem, i have no room for my speakers, and i am absolutely adamant on not cuttin into the door!! i already bought 5x9 and 3" speakers and have seen the 6 1/2" kick panels. i dont want to replace the expensive speakers i already have are the kick panels made for the sizes i already have or is there another place i can put my speakers? under the seat doesnt work because i already have subwoofers and an amp there??? please help me if you got any idea of what i should do??

    Two options:

    All the kick panels I've ever seen will accept 6 1/2 " speakers. Consider replacing the one's you already have with two-way 6 1/2's with a crossover to a mini-tweeter than can be flush mounted to the dash. ( under, firing down, dash face, firing forward, or on top of the dash reflecting off the windshield.)

    The other option involves moving the fuel tank out of the cab to under the bed, and using the vacated space for the stero components. Plenty of room there to hold everything you want.
