Rebuilding my doors and after removing all the mechanicals a couple years ago I now need help with how to put it all back together. My primary issue is what goes in first. I have replacement channels for the front run channel and did a test fit and see that they must hook to the door latch mechanism or something. I checked Ol' Chebby's build listing but don't see any thing on the run channel that's inside the door. I can figure out the door latch/release and the window install just don't know what goes in first and last. Can I install the latch after the run channel or does the channel go in after the latch. Any advice is appreciated.
Question - can I install the channels first and the latch later? or does the latch have to be installed first
