I wondered if the owner of this truck is a member here... and if he would like a copy of the photos I took? We were on the 3rd floor at The Double Eagle hotel, and as soon as we checked into the room, I snapped a couple photo's... just as the driver and a woman were getting into the truck. Nice truck! John
Nate, it doesn't look like fake patina to me. I think he may have just clear coated the truck that had a real patina on it. I'm not a fan of that look either, but I do admire real patina on a truck. I guess for some, it's a way to pretty up (somewhat) an old truck that looks too worn for their liking. Could be fake though as the body looks too nice to have that kind of patina without any bumps and bruises that a farm truck would have acquired over the years. Andy
That's my point : it's not the gloss that bothers me, it's the obvious fakery of how the pint underneath is worn .
