Can anyone tell me where to find a set of hinges like this or similar?

Our host has tailgate arms similar to that in Stainless. Part number is 11-022S ('47-'53) and 11-023S ('54).

Technically not a hinge. The hinge is the pivot at bottom of tailgate. I've seen a bunch of different options over the years for tailgate arms or methods to keep the tailgate horizontal other than the stock chains. The thing I dislike about most is that they would bind up with material in the bed if you actually use your truck as a...truck.

Thank you both for the information. Won’t be using for hauling really. If we ever get finished only for show or a couple of travel bags !

I don't believe I've ever seen anything like that for sale. Those might have been custom made.

Looks like a job for SendCutSend: Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication

I have the ones Bill Hanlon shows, except mine are cad plated and hidden in the tailgate They are from MarK and it looks like the picture has MarKs latch too

Missing the rubber grommet on the latch, but here's the latch mechanism and the metal arms that replace the tailgate chain.

Here's how it looks from the outside and with the rubber grommet
