I've got a 55 1st series and if anyone is swapping out rear-ends for a newer version, I'm in need of a parking brake shoe spreader bar (located inside the rear drum)from an original rear-end. Chevy Duty says that the part must come from a 51 through 54(55 1st) model most likely, but so far I've not seen that part listed for sale. Chevy Duty only lists the part for a 47 to 50 model. Without this part, all the other new parts on the emergency brakes are worthless. A photo, part #, or description would be helpful if someone has it.
