I have a shortbed frame that came out of a i think a 63 chevy pickup and I was going to use it for my 1954 but the math is all wrong and i just cannot cut a good shortbed frame. The frame has 5 lug disk brakes setup in place on the front as well as a power steering gear box installed and the factory 6 lug rearend. I removed the cab mounting brackets and the front bed mount trying to get my 1954 cab to fit and will include them to the buyer. All bushings appear to be tight and the frame came off of a non wrecked truck. $400.00 Or Best Offer, so do not be afraid to offer. I am rebuilding a 1954 Chevrolet pickup and need a good set of front fenders and a grill and may consider partial or full trade all but shipping. Buyer to pickup or arrange shipping. The frame is in Josephine TX, 30 or so miles NE of Dallas. call me on my cell phone if interested. 817-713-1448 or email me. I will list here for a couple of days and then post on ebay.
RE: 63 Short Bed Rolling Frame FOR That was supposed to be 300.00 Or Best Offer. I tried to edit the price but the cgi script failed.
RE: 63 Short Bed Rolling Frame FOR Is the frame painted or rusty, and do you happen to know the wheel base of the frame. If you like, you can e-mail me at bubba_t87@hotmail.com Thanks in advance. Jim Tatman '53 Chevy Panel Truck Rust Wagon
RE: 63 Short Bed Rolling Frame FOR Hi Jim, the frame is rusty. I was going to sandblast and paint it once i got the math figured out. My cab and bed are just sitting on it and i plan on lifting them off this week or weekend. I will have to measure the wheelbase and will email you result tonight. I can also send pics once my cab is off the frame.
