I have a '65 283 V8 with a Rochester 2G 2-bbl carb in my '69 GMC. Engine came with a crappy, cheezy aftermarket rusted-up chrome open cleaner. Carb has a 2-5/8" throat and I am looking for an original type air cleaner assembly to fit it. I'm trying to keep the original-era flavor of the vehicle as well as putting something of quality on it. I'll be happy to pay UPS rate of shipping along with reasonable cost of part. BTW, a heat riser is not on this engine. Thanks, Bud.

RE: Original-type air cleaner assem I have a 1966, 327cid with the same 2-barrel Rochester carb setup. I took the factory original paper filter air cleaner off and replaced with a chrome unit.
